Hidden in the ravines above the Logarska Dolina Valley are more than twenty falls which in the height of winter provide challenging recreation to climbers who enjoy this sport. Among the most spectacular of these is the Palenk Waterfall, located in the central tract of the valley.

The local climbers have set up an artificial climbing wall for ice-climbing, which is also suitable for total beginners. The experienced instructors look after the venturer's safety with top rope saving. All the ice-climbing equipment can be borrowed on spot.

At the end of Janury the state championship in ice-climbing takes place at this climbing block.
